π‘’π“‹π‘’π“‡π“Žπ‘œπ“ƒπ‘’ π’Ύπ“ˆ 𝒢 𝑔𝒾𝓇𝓁 (2024-) is a London-based collective focused on the relationship between femininity and internet culture.

β€œWe aim to record and weave the thought done by π‘”π’Ύπ“‡π“π“ˆ π‘œπ“ƒπ“π’Ύπ“ƒπ‘’ as well as their predecessors in cyberfeminism. We discard the priority/possibility of authenticity online, if at all. Instead we yield to the pearly cavern of artifice, play, and swarm that might reveal that there was no true self in the first place.”

β€” Ester Freider, intro post

π‘’π“‹π‘’π“‡π“Žπ‘œπ“ƒπ‘’ π’Ύπ“ˆ 𝒢 𝑔𝒾𝓇𝓁 was created by Ester Freider, Paloma Moniz, Sofya Rakitina, and Julia Halasy as an interdisciplinary and reflexive means through which to reflect on the figure of β€œthe girl” following Alex Quicho’s Wired essay β€œEveryone is a Girl Online”. Since its inception, EIAG has released two in-print communal publications, Seduction and Fandom, which are available worldwide through Antenne Books. EIAG has also hosted more than ten events about femininity, pseudoacademia, internet history and archaeology, porn, queerness, and more across London, Berlin, and New York, with a guest appearance in Amsterdam. At its core however EIAG is a meme page and gathering place for writers, researchers, designers, visual artists, etc. interested in the tender yet insincere.

At the moment (winter 2026), EIAG is open to collaborations. We are running our 2025-26 guest curatorships for substack releases with curators Arianna Munoz, Jessisonline, and Kindred Haller. We are particularly looking to develop a relationship with a publisher and/or funding for an EIAG almanac book in print. We are also looking to host book reviews, showcase plays, and create weird ad campaigns and skits. If you feel your work fits in the picture, please email us at everyoneisagirl@gmail.com.

If you’re a fan of our event and/or publication curation and are interested in working with our primary curator, Ester Freider, for your own organization on a freelance basis, please contact her at esterfreider@gmail.com.
